Panasonic FS Type Steel Access Floor Systems (For Computer Center)

The access floor system is specifically designed for use in the general office. This takes into consideration the dynamic loadings form human traffic and equipment movements, both of which are less severe in computer rooms. Innovations in these areas resulted in the following state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.

The bottom pan of the panel is hydraulically drawn. This gives a more uniform section thickness of the domes and also affords a greater depth of draw. This process results in a stronger panel with a better strength / weight ratio.	When subjected to dynamic loading conditions as in rolling load, panels with thinned section of the domes generally tail at the soffit of the cup where it is welded to the top sheet of the panel.	The protective finish on the panel is an oven baked powder coated Unlike normal painting this process gives a hard and durable finish that cannot be easily scratched
