Harmonious and modest, or vivacious and wild - it's your choice! The first range of LifeLine™ tiles features a timeless, non-directional chip design in 25 attractive colourings. All together there are over 50 different colours and tones in this collection to give contrast or to accentuate the colours of your interior décor.
Because it is easy to cut with ordinary tools, LifeLine gives you all the possibilities of floorcraft design, either on site or using custom made elements. It can be watercut according to your wishes with any combination of different shades - bright and warm, soft and harmonic.
A complete non-PVC product line LifeLine floors have a very uniform appearance; the seams are tight and virtually invisible. They can, however, be welded if desired or if you want to accentuate the tile shape and give the floor a more outlined appearance. LifeLine can be complemented by a range of welding rods and skirtings in matching colours - all PVC-free, of course.

| LifeLine™ Characteristics |
Application Classification according to EN 685 21-43 (from domestic use to light industrial use). Flooring tile for public premises subject to extremely heavy wear; department stores, schools, shops, hospitals, offices, day care centers, retirement homes. |
Composition LifeLine tile is made of Enomer, which consists of 80 % natural minerals, 20 % thermoplastic polymers, with ionomer impregnated wear layer. Heterogeneous product structure gives excellent dimensional stability, easy installation and low cost maintenance. |
Wear resistance LifeLine is suitable for heavy duty applications and has a long service life. It has excellent scratch and wear resistance because of the ionomer impregnated wear layer. LifeLine belongs to the best wear group T (EN 660-2 — Frick-Taber test), and withstands forklift traffic (EN 1818- the effect of an industrial wheel). |
Fire resistance LifeLine’s fire resistance outperforms vinyl, linoleum and rubber floorings. It has low flame spread, low smoke, and low heat production. Consequently, it is classified as fire class Bfl — s1 according to standard EN 13501-1. |
Marine certificate LifeLine complies with Modules B and D of the Marine Equipment Directive (MED). LifeLine has been granted the Wheelmark certification by DNV, and is suitable for vessels requiring flooring standards set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The material does not generate toxic combustion gases, both its smoke production and flame spread are low. |
Installation Installation can be done with most commonly used water based acrylic dispersion adhesives. The under side of the tile is grinded for better adhesion.Seams can be hot welded using a special LifeLine welding rod. Tiles are easy to handle and install (and to repair if needed), and installation spillage is only 0-3 %. No initial polishing is required, which makes installation easy, quick and inexpensive. |
Maintenance LifeLine’s compact ionomer impregnated wear layer is impermeable to dirt, which ensures easy and low cost maintenance. It also has excellent resistance to chemicals, such as acids, alkalis and solvents, and it does not react to rubber. |
Safety LifeLine has low emissions in indoor air (TVOC< 0,005 mg/m2/h after 4 weeks). It contains no plasticisers or other substances that might be carried to the surface. The material does not act as a substrate for bacterial growth. LifeLine is an antistatic flooring (electrical propensity < 2 kV according to EN 1815). It is a safe material in a case of fire. Its slightly embossed surface gives good slip resistance (EN 13893: DS, DIN 51130: R9, ASTM C1028: 0,8). Production is in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. |
Environment LifeLine is made of safe raw materials and production is ecologically sound. It contains no PVC, halogens, chlorine, plasticisers, stabilizers or heavy metals. The production line is new with lower energy demands. The material is recyclable during production and can be disposed of by burning, and used as an energy producing waste. It has low emissions in indoor air. Only small amounts of water and chemicals are required for maintenance. It has a long service life. | |
